Effective
on ALL loans, and effective IMMEDIATELY, we will require ALL of our loans to be
done on the 2010 GFE and 2010 HUD.
Allowing a loan to close with initial docs signed 5+ months ago is no
longer acceptable.
Under no
circumstance will this be waived.
You must
disclose to your client using the 2010 forms.
